Since I have moved in about one and a half years ago, I have been very pleased with the staff, maintenance crew, landscape upkeep, etc. Every time I had a question or concern, the staff was always ready to give me the assistance that I deserve. I would recommend Parkwood Village Apartments to anyone in the Raleigh area looking for a GREAT place to live, as well as a fun community.

Parkwood is a great place to live. I love the quiet atmosphere, the terrific staff, and the convenient location. I know I can depend on the staff to take care of any of my concerns. Parkwood is a great place for college students as well as families. It's conveniently located just minutes away from NC State's campus. I would recommend Parkwood to anyone who is searching for a place to live in the Raleigh area.

I chose to live at Parkwood because it was inexpensive and the apartments looked nice. I liked the idea that I wasn't paying for amenities or services that I wasn't going to use (i.e. gym, tanning, etc.). Also, I am a graduate student and was looking for a single bedroom. A lot of the apartment complexes in the surrounding area do not offer single bedrooms ... This was a really important selling point for me because I had lived with roommates my first year and was looking for something a bit more quiet. Oh, and I didn't have a car for my first 2 years of school, and the fact that the bus picks me up essentially right outside my apartment was great.

I originally chose Parkwood because all of the people in the office were so nice! I love the way that they made me feel welcome when I was looking for an apartment. More importantly, I love the way that all of the Parkwood staff are always willing to help!
